Danielle MacLean is a dental growth and operations leader with professional experience in dentistry since 1999. Her career has encompassed every facet of dental practice operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of how successful practices function, including clinical coordination and front office systems, team leadership, case acceptance, and long-term practice planning.
Having worked with hundreds of dental practices, Danielle additionally works directly with practice owners and teams to ensure modern marketing strategies are implemented and optimized for maximum online visibility and community brand identity.
Danielle provides on location support ensuring clarity and effective communication so growth initiatives are supported by the people and systems responsible for executing them. Her leadership style is collaborative, steady, and solutions-focused, supporting both performance and team alignment.
